1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RetentionYT (“the Service”), operated by Nirmal Lashkari (doing business as RetentionYT), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

2. Scope of Service

The Service provides script analysis, retention estimation, interactive pacing checks, and AI-driven script rewrites. The tool leverages a combination of deterministic rules and Google Gemini language models to provide pacing advice. Paid plans may also include Deep Optimize, a portfolio optimizer that ranks edit interventions under production constraints using classical solvers and, only when separately enabled and verified, optional quantum-assisted backends. The service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

Optimization outputs are decision aids, not predictions of exact YouTube performance. We do not guarantee growth, retention lifts, or “2×” results. Labels such as hybrid or quantum hardware execution appear only when server-side execution receipts verify that mode; simulator or classical fallback runs are labeled accordingly.

3. Account Registration & Security

To use key features of the platform, you must register for an account using Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all actions taken under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your credentials.

The pacing scores, viewer retention graph lines, and text recommendations generated by our AI models are analytical suggestions.We do not guarantee any level of performance, increased viewer duration, click-through-rates, or views on YouTube.Audience retention depends on many variables beyond script pacing (such as editing quality, title, thumbnail, delivery, and topic interest). 6. Termination & Deletion Guidelines

You have the right to close your account and delete your content at any time. When you trigger account deletion via settings, the platform initiates a cascade deletion process to remove all stored data. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our usage terms (e.g., attempt to scrap, reverse-engineer the editor, bypass API limits, or spam the server).

7. Updates to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will indicate revisions by changing the Effective Date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes your binding agreement to the updated terms.

8. Subscriptions, Billing, Cancellation & Refunds

Paid plans (Creator and Pro) are billed through Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, on a monthly or annual basis as shown on the pricing page. Applicable taxes may be added by Lemon Squeezy.

• Cancellation: you may cancel anytime via the Lemon Squeezy customer portal; access continues until the end of the paid period, after which the account reverts to Free.
• Refunds: we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on the first purchase of a paid plan. To request a refund, email support@retentionyt.com within 14 days of the charge.
• Plan changes: upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
• Failed payments: if a renewal payment fails, paid features may be suspended until payment succeeds.
